ScrewJumper! release info and achievements

Website Xboxic is reporting that THQ's ScrewJumper! will be hitting the Xbox 360 Live Arcade service for 800 MS points this coming November 14. In addition to that, the 12 achievements for the game were also revealed.

In case some of you haven't heard about this game before, the premise is pretty simple: ScrewJumper! places players in the shoes of a mercenary who free falls into caverns in an effort to drive the aliens back by destroying their mining equipment.

As you character gains velocity during his drop, he gets more destructive power and can literally punch through the different alien structures like a hot knife through butter. While some players would probably go about destroying everything in their path, those who plan on getting all of the achievements have to play it smart.

Achievements such as Untouchable will require players to take no damage during the fall. This requires a lot of planning and just barreling through a level wouldn't do the trick. Check out the rest of the achievements and see for yourselves:

10 Achievement points:

Time Challenge: Successfully complete the first level within par time.
Scrutonian Savior: Complete levels 1-5 in normal mode.
Untouchable: Take no damage for the duration of an entire level.
Multiplayer Madman: Attain first place in an Xbox Live game.

15 Achievement points:

Triple-Digit Destructo: Destroy 100 or more objects in a single level.
Speed Freak: Complete levels 1-20 in Time Trial Mode.
Leader of the Pack: Complete levels 1-13 in race mode.
Libitino Liberator: Complete levels 6-10 in normal mode.
Mayhemius Maximus: Achieve a score of 50,000,000 in any mode.

20 Achievements Points:

Floratone Freedom: Complete levels 11-15 in normal mode.

25 Achievement Points:

Screwjumper First Class!: Complete levels 16-20 in normal mode.

40 Achievement Points:

The Iron Screwjumper: Complete endurance mode.
