Yes, Konami's 1981 hit game, Scramble has finally reached it's release date, the day upon which it will first venture out onto the Xbox Live Arcade facing thousands of frustrated gamers because it missed it's original release date. The wait is over and you can finally log into the XBLA and expect the arcade classic to be there waiting for you. For those who don't know, Scramble is a game where you have to 'scramble' (excuse the pun) your fighter and take on the enemy base in this newly enhanced version of the previously released 1980's classic.
The base is heavily guarded and you must guide your ship through five levels of enemy defenses before you can destroy your objective, kinda like space invaders. Xbox 360 fans, possibly the most critical about in-game graphics of all time due to the 360's graphical power, will be glad to hear that Scramble on the XBLA features brand-new graphics and sounds for Xbox 360 as well as allowing you to take your skills online and challenge the new "Versus" and "Co-op" modes. List your high score on the Xbox Live leader boards and prove you're the best in the world as well as completing the achievements list.
What are you waiting for - head over to the Xbox Live Arcade now to play it!
