Today, Koei announced that they will be bringing Samurai Warriors 2 to Europe this September. This title boasts 20 characters, each of which possesses their own unique fighting style. Furthermore, there won't be any loading times when switching from interior to exterior battles, and new combo configurations and better special attacks can be found thanks to an enhanced combat system. Basically, Samurai Warriors 2 is a beat-em-up game, but there are plenty of RPG and tactical elements that prevent this from being just another button masher.

The funny thing is, not only does it look like a mirginally cleaned up PS2 port, they are charging full price for this one.

Koei must be high if it thinks that it can put these graphics on the 360 when the N3 demo looks 500 times better than this. They better sober up and fix this or else, this title will be a bargain-binner.

I don't think they care, most of their development efforts are going towards PS3 right now.

althought I've played it in Japanese, i still will get this possibly rip off port of ps3. all koei hack and slash games are great to me and i have been playing sinc dw2. I cant seem to find any good xbox 360 games so this might have to do.
