RealTime Worlds already thinking about Crackdown 2 |

Even though Crackdown is just hot off the drawing board, developer RealTime Worlds is already working out some ideas for the game's sequel.Senior designer Stephen Iannetta recently said to CVG that he would love to make a sequel to the open-ended 360 title and take the concept forward. Iannetta confided that while he thinks RealTime Worlds has already created a pretty convincing game world, he'd like to create a "more believable, functioning city" in the future. "I think if there's one thing we can learn from making Crackdown it's that it's the city that makes the fun."
Iannetta also mentioned giving players even more options on how to approach and complete a given mission. "I think again it comes to how you can really choose how you approach the missions, and I'd really like to turn the contrast up on that," he said.

Whats really funny is you say Halo is the only way to sell Crackdown! so what is the biggest rented game that does NOT INCLUDE ANY BETAS ? yes its Crackdown, so stop making yourselves look fools and go play your Blu Ray films that look no different to the average user on an HDTV than an ordinary DVD.

More environmental usage and/or destruction would be nice.
Being able to swing light poles (and others) like baseball bats would be cool.
If they don't lose any quality (framerate/graphic, whatever), more players on live would be awesome.
Being able to fight super soldiers with abilities similar to yours would be insane...instead of just fighting individuals with more health.
More types of vehicles is a must. Flying vehicles don't even necessarily need to be included because of the jumping ability, but definitely motorcycles and boats, maybe more car/truck variations.
Larger world with more varied environments. Rather than just city scapes, maybe have a forest/snow/desert type environment.
Those are just a few things that popped into my head.

I beat the game today, with 4stars in everything... and surprise surprise... I get an ending... that uhh, tells me that I have more work to do... though all 21 bosses have been beaten and there is nothing left to do. What he refers to is that you need to destroy the peace keepers in order to actually win. (Though this cannot be done within the game)
So it just makes it an awkward ending. I mean, Gears of War made a better ending, but this kinda, well... sucked.
But I still love the game, I would purchase a Crack Down 2 if there were more agency vehicles and interactive stuff.
He does not tell you to "destroy the peace keepers", he's talking about something else. I'm not sure how to watch it again, but that's not what he says. Something about some mysterious force being behind everything, setting up the gangs for you (the Agent) to take them down. When he refers to them he simply says "who do you think was behind" etc etc and never really says who (but you can guess). I'm sure it'll be revealed in the free download content that lets you get the other 100 points.
Anyway yeah I'd definitely buy a Crackdown 2.

first of all "halo 4" is not coming out halo 3 will be the last, also crackdown 2 is not being made but ideas are coming and it's predicted date will be around january 2008 or later
