This is certainly one you should put in your diary as it's pretty much guaranteed to fill up within hours of going live. Today, Microsoft have announced the beta release date for Halo 3, the next big game for the Xbox 360. The big day (and time) coincides with the showing of the Halo 3 commercial that was earlier announced. Beta registrations open on December 4 for North America.
We don't like to be the ones to tell you this, but if you don't live in North America then you will not be able to participate in the beta test. Don't worry about it too much though as the Xbox Live multiplayer public beta, scheduled for spring 2007, will give a lot more gamers a chance to play the game and get their own ideas through to the developers. Halo 1 - Ok, but overrated... Had it's moments...
Halo 2 - Absolute crap for single player, online play ruined by 13 year olds...
Halo 3 - Probably more of the same... I have absolutely no hype for this game... I was suckered into buying the other 2, but not this time.
The Halo 2 online play was totally ruined by those 13 years old young one. I already gave up on Halo 3 coz the Halo 2. I like Halo 1. The only thing I am interesting is the Halo movie. Dont put too much hope on the Halo 3...

You guys are morons...really, Halo 3 is going to be the ***** -- there is nothing you can say to that, period. The story is awesome, online is addictive, and graphics are superb.
In order of importance:
1. Girls
2. Halo
3. Gow
4. Everything else
you only play at
A. Colleges
B. Lan party with your close friends.

they said it would be released to US first...its coming to live for beta testing everywhere else in spring...so you are correct the BETA will be released worldwide...but the alpha is US only, :( sorry
