Pachter: Xbox 360 price cut once PS3 Wand launches |

Microsoft may be on the top of developers' minds right now, thanks to their much-awaited Project Natal. But truth be told, with all the beating that Microsoft took from the Sony's PS3 last year, they won't be taking any chances.
And to make sure that they do enjoy the lead that they expect in 2010, they will be making that price cut to the Xbox 360 once Sony launches their Wand. You know, their motion-sensing controller.
This was Michael Pachter's forecast in the lastest episode of GT Bonus Round. Presumably, this year will be a make or break indeed for both companies as this may very well pronounce the winner of the HD battle.
Sony's Wand was originally scheduled to launch in Spring 2010, but has now been moved to come out by Fall instead.

if they wait until sony starts advertising the wand then it will be too little, too late.
people will wait for something they want, but they can't want what they don't know about...

And with 3D Gaming coming next for the PS3 I guess there's not much to the Xbox360 in the horizon...Just "magic hands"...
