Option #1, Phase 2, Halo 3: beta sign ups open

If you played Halo 2 between February 1 and 3 for the chance to take a crack at the Halo 3 beta, then it's high time you follow it up. Playing the previous game on those said dates makes you qualify for sign ups now - Phase II of the beta test now begins. Better be quick. Only the first 13, 333 qualified sign ups will get notifications by next week.

Do know that if you weren't able to catch the Halo 2 spree last weekend, there's still the other option of buying Crackdown and make it to the beta. The game hits retail on the 20th, so if you haven't secured your beta invite by then, you still have a chance.

Get your ammo ready. The "Read" link below leads to the Bungie sign-up page and more info on registration.

This game is worth the money without the Halo 3 beta invitation. I recommend anyone not interested in this game to give the demo a try before you pass it up.
