Nyko's Customizable Faceplate Kit Now Shipping |
Ó

According to Nyko they have recently released their Customizable Faceplate Kit for the Xbox 360! Unlike the current faceplates that are available, this kit makes it possible to create your own faceplates at home with a printer and the software which is available off of their site. It doesn't seem to be a cheap skin technique either as it comes in two parts with a clear shield and a base plate in which you put either your own design or one of the 6 pre printed designs in between the two parts and connect it like any other faceplate for around the same price at 19.99 at most retailers.
Some of the features that Nyko has stated for the kit are:
- Personalize your Xbox 360 with your favorite game characters, bands, photos, drawings and designs
- Includes base plate and clear front plate, 15 blank templates and 6 pre-printed designs
- Includes easy-to-use Game Face software. Create and print your own designs
- High quality construction, designed for easy installation and removal

Comments [refresh]
I picked this up this past weekend and works really well. The included software gets the job done, but is better to work in Photoshop or another image editor first, then import into GameFace. I highly recommend the purchase, nice style change for the 360. Hopefully now MS will get there act together and release some of the great faceplate designs they show a few months back.
Thanks for having a positive additude. We could use more people like you on the comments.
i have seen these available for over 2 weeks now....
This product rocks. Its easy as pie to make your own designs with the program and like #1 said even better if you know photoshop or other paint/picture program. Your'e getting 22 different faceplates for 20 bucks. It would be cool if we could submit and download our designs on this site. Moderators?
i got mine 3 weeks ago at ebgames lol.
