Major Nelson has announced that the demo - released earlier for Europe and Asia - for Propaganda Games' Turok (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC) is now available on Xbox Live in North America, Canada, and Mexico. If you're ever found yourself wondering how the game plays, here's a chance to see for yourself. For those who aren't too familiar with Turok, here's a little backstory. The game places players in the shoes of Joseph Turok, who along with the Whisky Company is assigned to hunt down war criminal Roland Kane. This leads the team to a genetically altered planet filled with dinosaurs and other various nasties.
Considering all the hype that has been built up for this game, it might be interesting to see if the game lives up to the gaming community's expectations. If you plan on downloading the demo, be advised that it weighs in at a hefty 1.17 GB.
