Do find yourself always snoozing through History class? Feel like the Civil War has become way too discussed where everything's been said and everything you need to know can be found in history books every-freakin'-where?

Well, if you're not into history (like this writer here who always scored C's and D's in her history classes), and no matter what you do you just can't get yourself interested in historic battles and whatnot...well, your academic life's about to get just a little bit easier, buddy -- that's IF you're into video games.

With History Channel: Civil War, you're gonna learn about those otherwise boringly discussed historic battles! How? The game brings you kickass action set in historic places where great battles took place. Thus, you'll merely be engaging in old school action with classic rifles, guns, bayonets, etc. but at the same time, you're learning history.

Of course this is with the assumption that you're into video gaming at least 'cuz if not, then what the heck are you doing here dude?! Errr...I mean, if you're not into video gaming, then there might be no other fun way for you to learn about the historic battles of Petersburg, Fredericksburg, and whatever-burg you can think of. Anyhoo, enough with the talking, we'll get on to giving you what you came here for in the first place...screens! More info on the game can be found here, meanwhile, enjoy the screens!
