Ninety-Nine Nights II Has Online Co-Op

Xbox.com is reporting that Ninety-Nine Nights II will be having co-op play, an element sorely lacking in the previous installment. No, there is no catch to that. Well... kinda. It's gonna be available only online.

This is pretty much what the game's official site reveals, distinctively delineating the game modes by saying: "offline players: 1" and "online cooperative play." You can't get much clearer delineation than that. Then again, at least there's an option now for coop, right?

There's also some mention of an online ranking system, details of which are yet to follow.
