Nielsen reports Halo 3: ODST to have the biggest purchase intent post-E3

Nielsen has released its post-E3 purchase intent charts, and coming out on the top spot is Bungie's Halo 3: ODST, getting a rating of 53% interest from surveyed gamers.

In total, twelve games garnered more than 30% in purchase intent, which is defined by Nielsen as "definitely or probably interested in buying the title."

3. Wii Sports Resort - 45%
4. Guitar Hero 5 - 42%
5. Final Fantasy XIII - 37%
6. Madden 2010 - 35%
7. Guitar Hero: Van Halen - 34%

=8. Need for Speed: Shift - 32%
=8. Need for Speed: Nitro - 32%
=8. NCAA Football 10 - 32%
12. Beatles Rock Band - 30%

I'm sorry bungie, but you already said you didn't see Halo ODST as a full priced title, and I'm not going to let you change my mind seeing as I've already paid a buttload to play the subpar game that was Halo 3. (They should be giving us ODST for free seeing how much Halo 3's campaign sucked).



I'll rent it, just so I can get recon for multiplayer. (I'll wear my katana too, so I don't look like a n00b)
