NME-360Dubbed as the "first real modchip for the Xbox 360 console", Team Underdog's NME-360 allows 360 users to patch the Microsoft console's DVD firmware on the fly - no flashing required. The good thing about the chip is that it turns off while playing original games, eliminating your worries while playing in XBL.

Just two weeks ago, Team Underdog released their official website to make info dissemination about NME-360 so much easier. This week, via their site, they give us loads of new stuff about their modchip.

Since NME-360 pretty much a new thing, Xbox 360 users can't help but fire questions at the team who made the NME-360 possible. Because of this, Team Underdog has decided to put up a small FAQ to answer most of the NME-360 users' multitude of questions.

Also, the team wants to reiterate that the modchip is compatible with all Hitachi drivers  - 46 DH, DJ or 47 DH, DJ.

Since the Security Sector (SS) patch is different, Xtreme Image does not work with the NME-360 modchip. Don't fret though, as the Team Underdog site has already posted a tutorial on how to make their modchip compatible with Xtreme Images. Check put the tutorial - plus the FAQ mentioned above - here.

Last thing up with Team Underdog's site is an image (thumbnail below) showing how NME360 is installed in your Samsung drive.
