It's been in the rumor mill for some time now, but the difference today is that we've got another piece to fit the puzzle. A job listing has popped up on the Internet pointing to what appears to be an invitation to join the development team for a new Halo title.

The listing was posted by 343 Industries, indicating that they're in search of a new "experienced mission designer" for whatever it is that they're working on. The oddity about this job listing is that even without letting slip what kind of game they're working on, they were very particular about Halo fans.

...Bungie never said Reach would be the last Halo game, just the last from Bungie. Since MS owns the rights to Halo, they specifically founded 343 Industries to take care of the franchise.

none of the Halo games are build on the same eninge as an other (expect ODST, But since that was planed as an expansion to Halo 3 at first using the same engine was a given thing). All of those seasoend Halo fans complainig about Reach becuase is was so diffrent from previus Halo titles. Each Halo game have alwasy been diffrent from the others (even ODST was diffrent from Halo 3) and is not just a Rehash of the same thing lik CoD.

I've played all the Halo games and aside from improved graphics i really can't tell them apart. The indoor and outdoor parts never feel any different and you fight the same few aliens over and over, and it's not like there's any real story to glue the game together. It's certainly a well polished game but why the Hell do so many people like it?
