Gears of War III has already been inadvertently revealed, but that's not the only game Epic Games has up its figurative sleeve. The other one, revealed by the cover of Game Informer, is a new shooter called Bulletstorm.
The title brings to mind epic bullet-hell arcade scenarios and the way Game Informer describes it, it isn't that far off: "As the name suggests, players will take on hideous mutants in a flurry of lead, all the while racking up combos that encourage variety over headshot after headshot."
Bulletstorm is being developed by Epic's Polish subsidiary, People Can Fly. Yes, the same people who made Painkiller. The game's full reveal will be splashed all over the pages of the mag's May issue, but if you can't wait for your physical copy there are some scans here. It's slated for a 2011 release on PS3, PC, and Xbox 360.
