NBA Live 08 is currently in development at EA Canada and is slated for a fall release. It has also been confirmed for release on the Sony PS3 and Nintendo Wii as well as the Xbox 360. You can check out a packshot of the Xbox 360 version and a couple of in-game screenshots of Arenas in action.

Just like the rest of the NBA games EA has released the past few years. Why is it so hard to make a decent NBA game
i hated the demo for nba live 07... i love nba 2k ive been a fan of nba 2k for a evry long time when i started realising live was going straght down hill. i decided to buy both and nba 2k7 kills nba live..... but nba live is a pretty fun game and beats 2k in some parts. the physics in nba live are slightly better and the gfx are far more detailed nba 2k7 looks like a cartoon and nba lives animations are terrible(not jumpshots) the nba lives jump shot forms kill nba 2k because every person has there individual jump shot form while in nba 2k theres like 10 diff forms but overall gameplay wise its decent so i look foward to this
