PC version of the Knights of the Nine DLC/expansionBethesda's already sent PC and Xbox 360 owners into a frenzy when they announced that the "exclusive" PS3 content for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivionwon't be so exclusive anymore. Today we're bringing you some more info on what you can expect from the new content, straight from Killer Betties' interview with Bethesda's Pete Hines.

As we've mentioned in an earlier post, Knights of the Nine will be available as downloadable content and will also come out in a retail version. The retail version is for the PC version of Oblivion only. Apparently, Bethesda showed interest in coming out with a retail SKU for the Xbox 360 but console issues prevented them from doing so.

Regarding the previously downloadable content that's coming with the retail version, Hines says that the previously downloadable items included in the PC disc will be the same as the ones that were originally released. No tweaks, no appearance changes. That may be the case, but gamers will still get a lot of mileage out of the new relics that they'll have to find in the new quest.

I can't believe something that supposedly adds at least 10 hours of gameplay is only going to be 800 points. Hurrah Bethesda! Now bring on the expansion packs
