The modders are not going down without a fight! Almost a week since Microsoft's Xbox 360 bans sent the scene in a flurry, the modders buried themselves hard at work at combating said anti-piracy measure. And now, the fix has arrived. You might wanna hold off on that Craigslist appointment first.

YOU -- shall not --- mod!!!!!!

Over at the Xbox-Scene forums, a thread headlined as "Unban Your 8955 Console., confirmed working" sent other modded Xbox 360 owners jumping up and down with joy and relief. It's a highly complex process, however, and so I can only imagine how much patience is required as well to follow the instructions to the letter. The tools required are free, though, so that's one less thing to worry about.

You can check out the process yourself via the source link below, but somehow we find it hard to imagine that Microsoft will be patting the backs of the modders with this accomplishment.

That awesome. But wouldn't the machine be registered in M$'s list of bands? If not then this is a huge flaw in M$s system.

If that was the case to un-ban a 360 then it's worth it. RRoDs are so easy to fix.

I read up on that fix too and I'm going to have to say I might not be able to do this one. I'm not skilled enough for this kind of work nor do I have the money to get the equipments.
