Microsoft: Natal is your ticket to the coolest party

Microsoft really has a lot riding on the success of Project Natal. But the company is not all too worried about how players will receive it, and in fact is pretty confident about it. Because hey, Natal will just be your "ticket to the coolest party", and we all know everyone wants to be cool.

Todd Holmdahl, Corporate VP fo Xbox hardware and Don Mattrick Xbox Senior President promised to deliver total coolness in a MS box in a video interview with French website Jeux-France.

Of the Natal, Mattrick describes, "[It] allows you to control your character, your games, your entertainment experiences [and] the movements of your body. The opportunity to delight consumers, to make our art form more accessible to a broader audience -- we've given you the ticket to the coolest party and given you a megaphone to shout out and interact with the people around you."

i reckon, this is going to be shit, at the end of the day it is a HD Wii without the controllers. and why would you want to have to wave like a tard to cycle through your files. so glad i spent the extra on a ps3, this is going to be shit. and before the 360 fanboys bite my head off i think the ps move will be bullshit aswell

"Natal will just be your "ticket to the coolest party", and we all know everyone wants to be cool". No stupid, I don't need to be cool. I'm a geek and am just fine with that. Tweens worry about being cool.
"[It] allows you to control your character, your games, your entertainment experiences [and] the movements of your body." I already control my characters, games and entertainment...with a controller. And I sure as hell don't need a device to help me control the movements of my body; otherwise I would be physically (and/or) mentally disabled. Where do they come up with this stuff?

Hahaha since when was it cool to even have an xbox? I've never heard anyone one say "that's cool" Most peoples opinion of it is that it's nerdy, and a bit of a kids toy, at least were I live anyway. In fact, I'm pretty sure that the wii has gained it'self a more "mature" reputation than the xbox, and that's saying something

there is nothing nerdy about it. People need to get that mindset out of their heads. Most high school and college kids have some type of gaming experience, especially the males.
