Grand Theft Auto IV - Image 1Well now, what have we here? It seems Microsoft has further lightened the price tag on its Xbox 360 Classics lineup, bringing the price down to £ 14.99 (about US$ 23). Apart from a price reduction, Xbox 360 Classics also welcomes a few more titles among its ranks, so you can pick 'em up for less.

Adding to the Xbox 360 Classics range are:
  • Grand Theft Auto IV
  • Midnight Club: Los Angeles
  • BioShock
  • Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2
  • Naruto: Rise of the Ninja
  • Splinter Cell Double Agent
  • Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
"We are happy to bring some our best IPs to this Classics range, these titles offer some of the best gaming experiences, now made available for even more people to enjoy," said John Parkes, Ubisoft EMEA marketing director. Ubisoft published the last four games on the list.

» Voice with your wallet does work.

Bringing down the price structure means only one things. Majority out there are voicing with their wallets and refusing to purchase these games at a ludicris price.

As much as I want to believe that I deeply feel they did this on certian titles so they won't compete with the next set of released titles at stupid prices.

» THIS IS A SCAM!

I had bought Rainbow Six: Vegas a few weeks ago(after checking out a bunch of other on-demand titles before settling on Vegas) and the prices back then for ALL ON-DEMAND GAMES was $14.99.

How in the holy hell is a $15 dollar increase a "price drop"??

All titles(both new and old) are now marked $29.99. I hope they didn't charge me an extra 15....

» You are an idiot

You really have to go back to school and learn what international exchange is. And the exchange rate for that matter.

£ £ £ £ £ £ £

Maybe you didn't notice the "£".

Games in Europe have always cost more. Where in the USA you can buy a new game at $59.99 USD, in the UK you would have to pay $99.99 USD for the exact same game.

"This is a scam"? More like "I'm clueless to how the world works outside of my little north american shell".

» tsk tsk

I'm curious as to who butt hurt you when you were a kid?

Did you even bother to read or did you just glance at my post then started throwing your fingers at the keyboard?

maybe you didn't notice the first sentence of my post.

I BOUGHT rb6v for 15 bucks and now they are charging people 30 bucks for it. The only platinum hits game that is ACTUALLY 20 bucks LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE is Mass Effect.

Anybody in US can check the games on demand section of the dashboard if they won't.

"You're an idiot"? Get over your self, tool
