Xbox 360 Wireless ControllerOn the eve of release of rivals' next-gen consoles, big computer corporation, Microsoft, attempts further to widen its market grip by announcing its wireless controller for Windows. It is expected to come out in the latter part of December this year with a price tag of $59.95.

Actually, Microsoft can boast about a lot of  things in this particular release. With a 2.4GHz power of wireless technology, the controller allows up to 30 feet of wireless range. There are two built-in vibration feedback motors, that players can scale down for a longer battery life.

Also, Microsoft made sure the button layout is identical for both platforms. This effectively eliminates the hassle of learning a new controller. The company was also wise to integrate a jack for PC headset connection.

The Windows XP w/ Service Pack 1 or later should be installed in your PC to be able to enjoy the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller. You will need a minimum hard drive space of 150 MB as well.

I remember seeing a Xbox 360 controller at Best Buy with a Windows logo, didn't look into it though, but I do know what I saw.

The USB dongle will probably be out later this year when the wireless headset comes out.

the wired controller for windows is the exact same thing as a wired 360 controller except it comes with drivers so your comp recognizes it as a gamepad. This is weird though not not ago M$ announced a usb pad with a sync button that was supposed to allow all wireless extras to work with the pc but whats this new wireless controller for windows? Im guessing its the mods at this sh1tty site being desperate for news.
