Master Chief's face semi-revealed in Halo 3 beta test vid

The video clip below was allegedly taken from the almost concluded Halo 3 beta testing. The said phase was littered with lots of drama, glitches, and even secrets uncovered. Speaking of which, this video slightly reveals the greatest secret in the Halo universe - Master Chief's face.

Bungie Studios has always hidden the Master's face. According to the developers, one of their main reasons for hiding the main protagonist behind anonymity is to let players feel that they are Master Chief themselves. But even so, fans have always wondered at the face behind that face shield.

The video was originally uploaded by some beta testers over at online site Mythica.org. It was reported that Halo 3 will be available this coming September 25.

hes right. The graphics suck. Theyve only said their making small graphical tweaks to multiplayer but "apparently" singleplayer will look better.

But yeah if the game plays well then itl be good obviously. My only worry is it looks too much like Halo 2 - and therefore it wont be long before it gets boring and old.

I wouldnt say the game looks incredible but it does look better then alot of the video make it appear. the water effects are really nice and it runs really smooth if the maps had a much larger scale id be more impressed

The entire time I was watching this video, it remined me of porn video's where women would stretch their ***** open and have a camera go right up and really get close. ok if the beta is anything like the realy game halo 3 will suck. this is almost like halo 2 which is ten percent better than halo 1 the graphics look TERRIBLE if you disagree with me go play call of duty 3 or resistance or gears of war or something. This game was supposed to come out last november. they took the time and it still looks like halo 2. I believe the halo series to be one of the most overrated series ever made and have played all of both the two other halos.
