Massive blow?In-game ads specialist Massive will be saying goodbye to two of their top execs this month. Mitch Davis, CEO, and Nichola Longano, President of New Media, have bid the company farewell, although no reason was cited as to why they will be packing their bags.

Davis was quoted as saying in a statement:

Pursuing entrepreneurial start-ups has been my passion. Massive is well-positioned in the in-game advertising industry, and I look forward to watching future growth from outside the company as I move on to pursue new interests outside of Massive and Microsoft.

Massive was bought by Microsoft in May of 2006 to take care of the ads coming in to the Xbox 360. They are also in charge of applying Massive technology to the Xbox 360 services that we are enjoying today such as Windows Live and MSN. As to the repercussions of these departures to the company, we will find out soon enough.
