Mass Effect (Xbox 360): No More Screens, This Time It's The Official Movie |
Ó

Mass Effect is set in the 23rd Century, a time where humans are no longer earth-bound. Humans have been spreading across the universe, one galaxy at a time. Ah, but as Steven Spielberg once said, we are not alone... that's when the action begins. Historians say the clash of two cultures always lead to one being the Victor, the other packs up and ends up in Vanquishville. In Mass Effect, it's not just culture clash, but encounters with alien creatures, and they certainly won't give up without a fight.
If you didn't go straight to the trailer and read through the intro, well, this is where the blah blah ends and the video begins.

Is it just me, or does the video just freeze halfway through and never return?
There's a pretty long demo walkthrough video on the Live Marketplace.
This game is what really is going to establish the 360 as the best console in the world. this game is that good. no console ever had a game this big. ps; can't wait to see the Bioshock trailer.
this game will noy be the best in the world.. nor will be xbox360.
The video freezes for me too.
One thing I don't get is, if this is such a graphical feast, why are the characters' heads still blocky? Would it take THAT much more processng/graphical power to make the heads more round? I've seen this in other "next gen" games too...
