Halo Waypoint will be included in Microsoft's 360 Dashboard update preview program. This great news for all Halo fans was relayed by Major Nelson himself, but then again is also kinda expected given the sheer magnitude of the release.
Tweeted the Major:
Those chosen for the #XboxLIVE Preview Program will get a first look at #Halo Waypoint. We'll sneak that in for you to enjoy.

Is that Xbox Fanboys slam the PS3 for any reason they can fabricate, and then when MS provides some fan service the 360 fans squeal like piggies and hate hate hate.
The Fanboys HATE the XMB on PS3 yet DONT REALIZE thats the format that the current 360 is. Its just Vertical instead of Horizontal. And they jumped all over it.
Or with the Price Drop of the Ps3. They are saying thats the ONLY reason the PS3 Sold more in SEPT. Hello. 360 Had a PRICE drop a few days later and Wii about 12 days after that. So why wasnt 360 on Top. They had a price drop.

Probably because their sales just stayed steady. You know, like they have been for the last few years, hence the 360 has a larger installation base?

Sony fanboys are, by and large, just as sheepish and stupid. Fanboys in general are, your blind circlejerk of responses when these posts have absolutely nothing to do with the topic posted is a pretty ample example of that.
Go back to your basement, please. You shame everyone else whos bought a PS3, 360, or even just a video game system in general.
You know what's funny? Almost every article on QJ about 360 has more comments by PS3 guys than 360 guys. I like both consoles, I happen to favor 360 but that's just personal preference. But seriously, why do all these PS3 people waste their time reading 360 articles just to jump at the chance to bash them?
you guys dont get trophies off the bat, I don't like trophies as much, though i DO care about them, I got a few on LBP but had it have been on 360 I'd have maxed it out really quickly because you can view achievements via xbox.com as opposed to having to login to PSN to see the stuff.
Well I guess I'll actually talk about the topic and not bash...
This sounds pretty cool, I signed up for the preview program and was interested in the idea of waypoint. The Halo franchise is huge to Microsoft and the lore has spread so far that it's hard to keep up to it's nice to be able to keep up with all of that from the comfort of my couch.
Now I wish they would use the stat tracking of Bungie.net and have that all on waypoint as well.
only b/c microsoft came out with their own VG format in next generation 1 yr b4 PS3 and managed to get in enuff of a fanbase, then whaddya know, ppl started upgrading from xboxes and even traded in the best console eva (the PS2) for an Xbox 360. It's like microsoft recruited soldiers to join their sideb/c they knew they were gonna get into a war when Sony was ready.
Then when PS3 came, websites full of 360 fanboys Flood with rants saying "You got no games, ur online service sucks, no one wants an expensive black brick (ironic b/c the 360 looks the closest thing to a brick), ur exclusives are now ours" All kinds of $-hit.
Thats Y I don't blame the PS3 fanboys.
Can't believe no one called out the original poster here cuz he has no clue what he's talking about and just went on about fanboy BS. Halo Waypoint is not a game and does not involve a purchase of any kind, it's just a Halo-dedicated section of the Dash...
for how much I pay attention to Halo.
