To go along with the Battle for Middle-earth images released a few days back, three new screenshots have emerged from this highly anticipated real time strategy title from EA. Based on the PC version of the same name, Xbox 360 gamers will soon be able to relive the battles in the J.R.R. Tolkien universe. The new console-specific control scheme will make it appealing to novice and veteran players alike by offering a flexible, yet complex, combat system. Players will be able to control hundreds of units on their quest to destroy massive armies, conquer new worlds, and determine the fate of Middle-earth as we know it.
