Killer Instinct 3 on Xbox 360 rumor just won't die |

Only a confirmation or a denial can kill this rumor: Is Killer Instinct 3 coming or not coming to the Xbox 360 this 2007? Yep, we've heard quite a few buzz already in the past. But the weird thing is that nobody has dared to speak up to quash this gossip, or to even just feign a feeble denial.
For those who are not that familiar, Killer Instinct was one of the more prominent titles back in the 1990s fighting game boom. Under the same genre as Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter, this one turned out to be one of the more popular Nintendo 64 titles. It can be said that this game is what opened the door for millions of gamers to the dial-a-combo system, which remains prevalent up to this very day in fighting games.
The speculation is that it won't just pop up on the Arcade, but rather, that it will be a full fledged sequel. That would be sweet. But there are some who maintains that porting it to XBLA would only do justice to the game if they bring in the exact port. Whatever the case may be, what is definite is that there sure are a lot of fans out there who would be more than just happy to get this arcade classic on their Xbox 360s.

Meh, I really want this game really bad. Killer Instinct is one of the best games I ever played in my life. I remember playing Killer Instinct on N64 thru 1:30 a.m with my friend it was great moment of my life..lol. Anyway, I hope to see this game on xbox 360. :)
Let's hope KI3 won't be broken like it's predecessors.

If not a 3rd installment, at least put the original SNES version on the XBLA
I would prefer the original Arcade JAMMA version over the cut down SNES version
I don't know about you but to have a Rare titled game that wasn't crap would be the best thing that happened to the 360 and although Banjo is going to HELP it's not going to bring gamers together without a KI-3 or even this dream come true - a KI-3 arcade stick & Game bundle. I'd buy 2 even if $99.99. Rare, do what you do best, make fighters and Banjo, you'll do better later, just make up some of that money you lost.
