Introducing the Xbox Live online meter |

Those guys at the Xbox Users Group sure know how make things simpler for Microsoft's Xbox Live users. They've come up with a nifty new tracking system for gamers on their site, and with a little bit of patience you'll be able to find out who signs up to play on which days and how often they do so.
Members of the Xbox Users Group will now be able to access the Xbox Live Online Meter. The meter tells you and other players just how often your play and on which days you do so as represented by the LED graphics above. The more you play online with your Xbox 360, the more it gets updated. Eventually, your profile will develop an accurate representation of your gameplay habits.
While this might not seem important to gamers who know each other well and who schedule matches between one another, this is useful in trying to meet someone you saw online once whom you want to challenge. For gamers who are afraid of going overboard on their gaming binges, this is also a perfect way to help you figure out if you're going a bit too overboard on your play. Of course, if you're one of those nasty gamers, you might use this to try and stalk your rivals. We suggest anyone who might be getting themselves a "secret admirer" check out the tips on avoiding these nasty folk as well.
Just don't get too hung up on trying to fill the bars, alright? That might not be very healthy for you.
