Halo 3 reigns supreme in Xbox Live activity this week |

Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry Hryb (aka Major Nelson) just provided the latest data for Xbox Live activity for the week of October 1. As expected, Bungie Studios' Halo 3 dislodged Epic Games' Gears of War from the top spot and some of the older titles were finally removed from the top 10.Quite interestingly, the ranking for top arcade titles and original Xbox top Live games were also shaken to their cores. Shocking news there. Let me check my pulse. Yep the most over hyped game in history is at number one over the last good game released on the system over a year ago. I can't believe it. It still hasn't sunk in.
what i'd like to know is if Halo 2 is still in the top spot or did Halo 3 kick it off...heh
