Halo 3 online manual now up, powered by Silverlight technology |
Ó
In a brilliant marketing move by Microsoft, Halo 3's online manual is now up for browsing, using Microsoft's new Silverlight flash application technology. They're going to hit two birds in one stone with this marketing strategy: advertising the already-hot Halo 3 title as well as demonstrating their new Silverlight.Of course, since we're talking about Silverlight, you need to install it first before you can browse the Halo 3 online manual. And since there's just no other way to read the manual right now (not unless you got your Halo 3 copy from a store that broke the street date), you have no choice but to download and install Silverlight.
Props to Microsoft for thinking up such a marketing move. So what are you waiting for? Install it now, or you're not a hardcore Halo 3 fan!
