Are you part of the elite club? Are you a pwn-er or a pwn...ee? Are you Legendary enough like Master Chief himself? Well, in between talking about a Halo 3 showdown with the San Francisco 49ers and matchmaking playlists in their Bungie Weekly Update, lukems talks of how they checked the statistics of Halo 3 players and their progress.

After tracking Halo 3 players connected to Xbox Live at that given time, they've posted percentages of how many of those players have unlocked certain Achievements in the game.
  • Campaign Complete: Normal %u2013 Completed the Campaign on Normal Difficulty: 43.28%
  • Campaign Complete: Legendary %u2013 Completed the Campaign on Legendary Difficulty: 15.14%
  • Graduate: Graduated from basic training. Stick with it to earn your Spartan insignia: 66.92%
  • UNSC Spartan: Promoted to Sergeant. Proven in combat, you are a Spartan: 52.07%
  • The most found metagame skull? Black Eye skull with 34.26%
  • The least found metagame skull? Tilt at 22.98% (Go find it, jerks! It%u2019s one of the best skulls in the game!)
  • At 6.21%, Steppin%u2019 Razor is the hardest multiplayer Achievement to earn, with Two for One right behind it at 6.77% and Overkill nipping at its heels (6.75%)
  • 8.68% of players have unlocked the Marathon Man Achievement
  • 1000/1000 Gamerscore: 2.07%
So, less than half of the people who have played Halo 3 completed it? Lots of basic training graduates though (ooh, fresh meat!). Now just in case you're still raking in the Gamerscore points, you might want to look at the Achievements for the game as reference.

Remember that these statistics were gathered at a given time, and is only limited to the people who happened to be online in XBL. Heck, we don't even know the total number of players that contributed to these statistics.
