Gears of War 2 bonus disc gets over 140 minutes of footage |

Gears of War 2 is alsready about to be released come November of this year. And if you're the type of gamer who finds all the "behind the scenes" of video game development just as fun as the actual game, you might be picking up a copy of the Limited Edition.
Aside from the actual products that are coming with the special edition (steelbook DVD case, an artbook, a bonus disc, and a commemorative photo of Dom and Marcus Maria), some of you may be asking what the contents of the extra DVD will bring you. Lucky for you, the BBFC has already classified the contents of this bonus disc, thus revealing what you can expect in it.
The disc is said to contain over 140 minutes of so-called "linear footage" - basically, cutscenes. These 140 minutes (a tad bit longer than your average feature-length movie!) are split into over a dozen video clips, most of them being character profile clips or enemy teaser videos straight from the Epic Games labs - the usual "behind the scenes" featurettes. The bonus disc also seems to contains some concept art for the Cog and Locust squads.

Of course, note that this is from the BBFC - and they probably got the UK version of the GoW 2 Limited Edition. The North American release may be different, but chances are it'll be the same - it's pretty consistent with what we heard from EB Games before.
Sigh... and still no lancer.

footage I will most likely never watch... that's 2hr's of NOT playing the game... well, didn't happen when I got the LE for Oblivion... guarantee you it won't happen when I get Gears 2 lol...

Get regular for 140 with lancer or limited edition with lancer for 150
