Gamer sues Microsoft and Bungie for faulty Halo 3 disc |
Ó
Apparently, somebody is not too happy with his copy of Halo 3. We're picking up word that California resident Randy Nunez has filed a federal class-action complaint against Microsoft and developer Bungie Studios for a defective copy of the said game for the Xbox 360.According to the plaintiff (Nunez), after he had attempted to run his copy of Halo 3 - bought at a local GameStop branch for US$ 59.99 - his Xbox 360 "repeatedly locked up, froze, and/or crashed."
Nunez is currently being represented by the law firm Bonnett, Fairbourn, Friedman & Balint of Phoenix and San Diego. We'll let you know if this case gets any related updates. Those interested in reading the nitty-gritty of Nunez's complaint can access it via the source link.
