Jeff Minter may not be too happy with this news: armed with an E rating from the ESRB, Frogger 2 is now set to be released on Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade. We've yet to hear any news as to when the sequel to the arcade classic will hit XBLA, and apart from that, there's also one minor detail that needs to be cleared up: there are actually two Frogger 2 games out, namely Frogger 2: Threedeep and Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge.
But fans of the Frogger franchise may not care, since both games - Frogger 2: Threedeep for Atari and Commodore, Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge for the Dreamcast - were quite remarkable in their days, and still are fun to play every now and then in this era of casual gaming.
