First dibs: Francesca Reyes is first to finish Halo 3 |

Boasting privileges aside, it's still pretty cool to be able to claim that you are the first person ever to finish Halo 3 - a game thousands of others around the world have been waiting for. Every game can only have one gamer (outside of the developers of course) who can claim he or she has finished it first. For Halo 3, that gamer is Francesca Reyes, editor-in-chief of the Official Xbox Magazine.
Reyes has played, finished, and completed her review of Bungie Studios' Halo 3: a whopping ten-page turner. In an interview with GamesRadar, Reyes expressed how even she can't believe it herself:
I think I was kind of in a state of shock for most of it. [...] It didn't really hit me until I was back in San Francisco and eating a big bowl of ramen at some neighborhood joint. I sat there at the table with my bowl of ramen and a copy of Wired (the one with Master Chief on the cover which I bought for the flight home) - and I thought to myself: Wow. I can't believe I just did something that hundreds of thousands of people have been waiting years to do. I can't believe I just did something that I'VE been waiting years to do. It was one of those epiphany moments when I got really, really happy and realized how much I loved my job.
And she can't spill the beans just yet (even though she really, really wants to). You have to read it when her review comes out in the latest Official Xbox Magazine that will be released on the same day as Halo 3 on September 25.

she passed it on a ps3 running linux on a 360 emulator, the only way possible aside from pc
just buy a new xbox 360. put ur old one in the box in its place and take it back. bam new xbox for freee

i like the way that no reviews are allowed to be released before the games release date, so we will not know if it is any good until we have got it, ( those to preordered it that is) .

the ps3 analog sticks work fine. your just a retard who cant figure out that symety owns. ilove my 360 but i like the PS controler so much more. this is obviously personal preference but i dont insult the 360 controller just because i like the PS controler more.

I have owned my 360 since launch. Guess what? NO PROBLEMS! Hell, I even have left in turned on for over 6 months. Its never crashed ONCE! I know there are issues with these consoles, but that doesn't mean they are all unplayable, you asshat! If you don't care for Xbox games thats fine. Don't buy one. Personally, I like a hell of a lot of 360 titles. I even like a few ps3 titles coming out in the next year. I'm gonna buy a ps3 when they come out. Shocking? No. Why? CUZ IM A GAMER! I play PC games, 360 games and will soon play PS3 games. I just cant understand this brand loyalty crap!! I thought the only thing that matters is the freaking game!? Linux on PS3 is far too useless for any decent emulator. Even PS2 emulation is difficult without the PS2 hardware inside.
I say props to Ms Reyes, she's gotten a chance no one else will be able to claim, the first person outside development to beat the conclusion to the Halo Trilogy. =D Don't tarnish the gold, I'm sure she worked incredibly hard to get where she is today, she has this amazing accomplishment and more power to her. =)
