Look up, young man, look up!

Some Xbox 360 gamers felt a bit left out in the cold with EA on the few options of stadiums and leagues in FIFA 07. Well, the game developers have bumped up the list from seven leagues to 27, that's got to help uplift the Xbox 360 owners hurt feelings. Let's cross our fingers, click the heels of our ruby shoes, and hope they add more before the release date. Regarding releases, we got more info for the game straight from EA's mouth.

The two big upgrades in the game would be the enhanced ball physics and massively improved graphics. Regarding the ball gameplay, it'll have independent physics, making it nearly unpredictable once it leaves a player's foot. Shots and passes are now more natural and unique. So when your opponent kicks the ball, expect the unexpected.

The graphics engine has been designed just for this game and now the players have brand new traits and double the number of attributes. They'll look and act like the real players we see every week. So don't expect Rooney doing a Ronaldinho samba dance anytime soon.

Other great additions are enhanced AI and better controls. If most of you thought your last AI teammates were a couple of dolts, expect a smarter set this time around. They'll be reacting to every movement of the ball and the ball handler. The controls are easy to pick up but hard to master. If controlling one player isn't enough (you want to make sure everyone's in the right position, got the right training, etc.) yes you can do that here too.

Manipulate the mind, body, and hearts of the team. For control freaks out there, here's your chance to prove your mettle. In the Manager Mode and player evolution system, you can develop your low division rag tag players into world class rag tag footballers. Once they're in tip top shape, it's time to take 'em online where the big boys play.

In online gaming, there is the FIFA 07 lounge where you can kick back & relax with your buds while trading insults with your hated rivals. Then, you can go on field with three of your mates on one console versus the other four on theirs. Regarding online content, there will be streams of up-to-the-minute real world game reports, weekly podcasts, and news ticker. So you don't have to worry about the real world for a while.

There's going to be a game demo available by October in the Marketplace so you can all try it out before buying the game. So until then, happy kicking!
