Some people like to mod their Kinect, while some people use it for what Microsoft intended it for - playing games. For Robert Johansson and his friends, Kinect Boxing was the party one day and they were having a great time. To their neighbor, however, it sounded like actual violence. Neighbor calls the cops, cops storm the house, and a few minutes later, they have something to laugh about.

"Things turned awkward when police showed up and wondered who was getting beaten, we felt rather stupid sitting there in the couch," Johannson said after the police went to his home in Sweden. The police were responding to a report from one of the neighbors, saying that a woman was getting beaten up by five people. The repost mentions that neighbors watched in terror as five figures closed in on one woman.

The police apologized for the mix-up and the inconvenience, but were proud of their swift action. "When someone reports domestic abuse, we act immediately," a dispatcher said. "Luckily they were just having fun with video games."
