Fable 2 Knothole Island DLC details, achievements list |

Contrary to some earlier rumors that made their way around the Internets, Fable 2's Knothole Island DLC won't be going live until December 22. This was confirmed by a Lionhead rep to Eurogamer earlier this week.
The Knothole Island DLC will add a new area and quests to Fable 2. Lionhead is also bringing out a patch that will let those who don't have Knothole Island play with those who do. Still, all Knothole Island content will be off-limits until you fork over 800 MS Points for the DLC pack.
Downloading either Knothole Island or the free co-op patch will also net you some freebies. These include items such as Knight's Boots, Assassin's Gloves, and more.
Xbox 360 Fanboy also reports that Knothole Island brings with it three new achievements, all of which can be gotten simply by being around when someone else completes them. A perfect reason for going co-op with a friend. Here are the new achievements:
- The Collector (25GS) — Acquire all the mystery items in The Box of Secrets shop, or see another Hero do so.
- The Meteorologist (50GS) — Bring all of Knothole Island's weather problems under control, or help another Hero to do so.
- The Bibliophile (25GS) — Find all the books detailing the history of Knothole Island, or help another Hero to do so.
