Still more on that Bungie Weekly Update by Frankie over at the Bungie.net site. It's been confirmed, although most of you already probably knew this (at least now it's official from Bungie), that the X button will be used to deploy useful equipment such as the much hyped Bubble Shield

Other equipment revealed in that recent vidoc include trip-mine. For other tidbits mined from said vidoc, feel free to click on the video embed below to watch a vidoc analysis by the folks of GameVideos.

You would think as the launch date gets closer, anything they show would look better and better but since the alpha videos, the game doesnt look much better at all.

I'd be lying if I said I was looking forward to this.. The first one wasn't all that brilliant, sure the multiplayer was fun for a while, but the single player was just boring because of the bland backgrounds and boring weapons. The 2nd one wasn't much better. I liked Doom 3 more than the first/second one.

I won't be lining up with a preorder.. Get some creativity Bungie!!
