Currently in development by Triumph Studios and will be published by Codemasters, this forthcoming twisted fantasy action adventure game will bring out the evil and corruption in everyone. “In Overlord you’ll be able to do some pretty wicked stuff, however everything is played out with this twisted fantasy humor, as the game’s visuals illustrate,” says Lennart Sas, Director at Triumph Studios.
You get to control a mysterious character that has inherited the legacy of the evil, long-dead Overlord. By making various deeds of evil, this will determine if you will be the next all-powerful Overlord. Players also get to lead a horde of impish creatures - the Minions and get them to believe that you are the old Overlord reborn, thus following you and carrying out your every whims. You can unleash the bad ass inside you by threatening poor, defenseless peasants and get them worship you. You may even have their daughters be offered to you as a sacrifice. Now that's totally wicked!
