A lot of folks have predicted that Dead Rising will steal the spotlight away from Saints Row after the latter became number one in the UK All Formats Chart for several straight weeks. Well, it was a sign that Dead Rising is coming along nicely. In fact, the top three spots have been quite a bone of contention for Test Drive Unlimited, Dead Rising, and Saints Row. Now, Dead Rising emerged as the victor. Dead Rising debuts at number one on the UK All Formats Chart this week. So far, it's officially the fastest selling title in the UK for the Xbox 360. Thanks to Capcom and the advertising campaign, consumers have anticipated Dead Rising far too greatly that it now reflects in the Chart Track figures.
Come to think of it, these top three games fall under the Xbox 360 platform. Quite a good sign for Microsoft as well, isn't it?
