Bloodshot is actually the sequel to the 2005 original Condemned: Criminal Origins that was also released on the Xbox 360 and Games for Windows platform. It followed the story of ex-investigator for Special Crimes Unit Ethan Thomas.
The sequel, now, takes place one year after the events of the first game. Due to the killing spree that he was subjected to, Ethan Thomas now suffer from several hallucinations and strange visions, not to mention the fact that he is now homeless and a drunk.
Speaking of visions, this particular batch of screenshots shows off some of these with enemies carrying non-human faces. Has Ethan Thomas really lost it? Well, we guess we'll all have to find out come February.
