As you know, these achievements are quite necessary to be able to get the full experience, so to speak, that Colin McRae: DIRT has to offer.
All in all, the Xbox 360 version of the game will have 49 achievements for a total of 1000 points. Colin McRae: DIRT will also be available on the PlayStation 3 and Games for Windows platforms.

- Driven in excess of 250 miles: Drive a total of 250 miles in career mode. (10 Points)
- Driven in excess of 500 miles: Drive a total of 500 miles in career mode. (20 Points)
- Driven in excess of 1000 miles: Drive a total of 1000 miles in career mode. (25 Points)
- Tier 2 Career Points Milestone: Achieve maximum points up to the end of Tier 2 in career mode. (10 Points)
- Tier 4 Career Points Milestone: Achieve maximum points up to the end of Tier 4 in career mode. (10 Points)
- Tier 6 Career Points Milestone: Achieve maximum points up to the end of Tier 6 in career mode. (20 Points)
- Tier 8 Career Points Milestone: Achieve maximum points up to the end of Tier 8 in career mode. (20 Points)
- Maximum Career Points Milestone: Achieve maximum points up to the end of Tier 11 in career mode. (45 Points)
- FWD Rally Veteran: Win all FWD Rally events in career mode. (20 Points)

- First 20m Jump: Perform a jump over 20m (or equivalent feet) in any game mode. (15 Points)
- First Clean Race: Complete a race without colliding with anything in any game mode. (15 Points)
- Manual Transmission: Win a race using manual transmission in any game mode. (10 Points)
- Top Speed: Reach a speed of at least 135mph in a race in any game mode. (10 Points)
- All Tracks: Race on every track (not including shakedown stages) in any game mode. (20 Points)
- First Xbox Live Rally Win: Win a ranked rally race on Xbox Live. (20 Points)
- First Xbox Live Hill Climb Win: Win a ranked hill climb race on Xbox Live. (20 Points)
- First Xbox Live Clean Race: The player must complete a ranked race on Xbox Live without colliding with anything. (20 Points)
- Win Shell Rally Australia: Win the Shell Rally Australia in Championship mode. (20 Points)
- Win Sparco Rally Espana: Win the Sparco Rally Espana in Championship mode. (20 Points)
- Win Brembo Rallye Italia: Win the Brembo Rallye Italia in Championship mode. (20 Points)
