Bungie's Keep it clean campaign - Image 1

The Halo creators seem to be cooking up another big project. Bungie's official website was recently updated with a new image.

While there is nothing conclusive about the new post, and in fact, it's very cryptic to say the least, it is apparent that they are once again adapting that same viral marketing that they also used with the Halo series. It does appear, however, that the distorted image reads "Keep it clean". Add to that this teaser dialogue:

[SUPERINTENDENT]: “KEEP IT CLEAN!”
[SUPERINTENDENT]: “KEEP IT CLEAN!”
[SUPERINTENDENT]: “KEEP IT CLEAN!”
[COMM.DUTY.OFFICER]: [UNINTELLIGIBLE > PROFANITY (?)]
[COMM.DUTY.OFFICER]: “We're sending a team, alright?”
[COMM.DUTY.OFFICER]: “Until they arrive, all additional comm needs to route through me.”
[COMM.DUTY.OFFICER]: “Repeat and acknowledge.”
[SUPERINTENDENT]: “OBEY POSTED LIMITS!”
[SUPERINTENDENT]: “YIELD TO UPHILL TRAFFIC!”
[COMM.DUTY.OFFICER]: “I'll take that as a ‘yesÂ’...”
[SUPERINTENDENT]: “PLEASE REMAIN CALM!”

We'll be sure to clear things up to you as soon as we get some official word from the folks at Bungie. Have you got any guesses as to what it might be? In the meantime, see Bungie's new "site design" by clicking on the source link below. There's more of that dialogue where that came from.

Sounds halo universeish to me

If I had to guess it sounds like one of the halo universe AI's going rampant to me.

Obviously the AI was probably in charge of some sort of facility. Now it's gone nuts and is possibly killing the people it's in charge of and the COMM.DUTY.OFFICER is trying to regain control of the situation.

I don't know if this is related to an upcoming title or not, remember ilovebees, we thought we were getting some back story for halo2 but instead it had nothing to do with the actual game. I would say this is probably similar.

Just watched the trailer on the Bungie site

Looks as though as someone posted earlier it's definitely a Halo3 update of some sort. Halo3 prepare to drop, what else could that mean, the rocks flying in don't look like ODST pods. They looks more like the flood dispersal pods from the end of the halo3 campaign as the gravemind tried to stop you from lighting the ring above the arc where it had crash landed High Charity.

Halo 3 related

I saw a Halo 3 "Keep it clean" add on my dashboard today so it's more than likely a Halo 3 update of some kind.

Maybe

just maybe it's Halo's magic beckoning you all to come play....Halo 3 is terrible.....Halo 4 will be terrible. Anyone remember the level designs? Like a mouse(us) looking for cheese(achievme nts / level).

Just have to love Master Chief and his lisp.. and the orchestra playing while you aimlessly shoot, throw grenades at big ugly aliens that bleed purple.

Sadly I regret to having a 1000 points in halo 3, Level 50 general, and 88,000 ranked kills in Halo 2, DAMN YOU MICROSOFT AND YOUR BRAINWASHING, AND YOUR DAMN FUN CHILDS GAMES!!
