hrfSince E3 2009, Xbox 360 owners have been promised the release Halo: Reach for 2010. Bungie has finally given out PRs on that big day, and so the franchise that they've been best known for is now shooting for a specific date.

Mark those calendars - the big day is September 14th worldwide.

After hitting a million users during the first 24 hours, more than 2.7 million people have signed up and participated in the Halo: Reach beta. Not quite the 3 million they were expecting, but a sizable number nonetheless.

Played the beta a few times and found it very meh! I've been playing since the first but won't be dropping any dough on this one.

For me its quite the contrary. I've played Halo since Halo 1 but never got into the Multiplayer. For the first time the Multiplayer has got me excited.

Totally agree. I'm not that into multiplayer. The beta was just plan fun.

The timing is perfect. I've already reserved my copy of the Limited Edition (trying to get money enough for the Legendary Edition in time). It comes out two days before my birthday :D

I loved the beta. There were some minor bugs, but I'm damn sure they're gonna fix it up.
