Dragon insideTry as you might, there is no stopping the beast. Especially if the beast resides in your shadow.

A Japanese blog claims that preorders for the limited edition bundle of Blue Dragon disappeared from our world map faster than the preorders for the PS3 did. Specifically, all the pre-orders were gone within five minutes.

That might be an exaggeration in itself, depending on how many preorders of Mistwalker's Blue Dragon were given in total compared to the number of available PS3 units for preorder. However, you can't ignore the fact that for an Xbox 360 RPG to sell out on pre-orders that quickly, it must have a dedicated fan base in Japan (or at least a lot of folks who want to import it).

Despite lower than expected sales, it brings good cheer to know that the names Akira Toriyama, Nobuo Uematsu, and Hironobu Sakaguchi can always bring in the gamers. You also can't go wrong with a dragon on your side, or inside, as the case may be. Until it actually comes out in America and elsewhere, you'll just have to make do with information from Japan.

On the bright side, they have the weirdest game commercials, such as this one:

» Dumb...

Microsoft is retarded if it's not making as many of these bundles available as possible...this is there chance to get some kind of installed base in Japan.
