Blue Dragon download coming to Marketplace soon - Image 1Mistwalker's come through with their promise of releasing Downloadable Content">downloadable content for Blue Dragon early this year. According to IGN, Microsoft has just announced that the first Blue Dragon download will be available through the Xbox Live Marketplace this week.

This new download is titled "Strong, New Game." Alright, the title may sound lame, but the content definitely isn't. The download makes three new gameplay options available at the Blue Dragon title screen: "hard", "super", and "new plus".

You can pretty much tell from their names that the first two are difficulty settings. The last one, "new plus", works like the New Game+ option in Chrono Cross. IGN says that it "allows those who've cleared the game to start the adventure with their character's stats in tow."

You can start downloading the "Strong, New Game" download once it goes live on February 16 at 8:00 P.M.

» right there with you

I normally don't go for Akira Toriyama's art design that much but this game's changed all that. Can't wait. :)
