Although they did not discuss the status of the project, the fact that they actually brought out Milo to show off to Epic Games might mean that they're still not set on pulling the plug on it. Maybe they're shopping around for possible tie-ups? Well if Epic Games was impressed by it, it probably won't be too long before we hear of a partnership between the two parties. All these are mere speculations for now, however, but to say that it's like a cross between Heavy Rain and Pixar is nothing short of saying it's gonna be one heck of an interactive, graphical extravaganza.
