Bioshock surfaces from beneath the waves with screens |

What with all the FPS mayhem caused by the onslaught of the Locust horde and soon-to-come Brutes, might we divert your attention for just a little bit and bring out some more shocking screens? Coming out of left field, Irrational Games' Bioshock is still something worth looking out for. You can't help it. With all the hype for the other games, other titles would tend to blend into the background.
But Bioshock still has us in its vice-like grip. Its release during the second quarter of 2007 is still quite a ways off, but that's not stopping us from anticipating all the gore, mutants, and bio-warfare in this shooter set in a city built deep beneath the waves.
The backbone post-apocalyptic plot line is there: survive and escape from hordes of creatures that are just dying to meet you. You've got neon-blue zombies and scuba-geared hulks to bring you to your watery grave. The question here is: are you going to be their salvation or their final victim? Get ready for a shock...
