Where can people send their suggestions for the playstation network? Nowhere because they can't afford customer support or improvments! At least it's free and you can play resistence with 40 players. Better get used to that game because that's about it for now haha!

Sony listens and changes the PSN alot more then what Microsoft does to Xbox Live. It takes a long time before Microsoft does anything to fix Xbox Live. Since the last major update, they haven't done much to it at all. Its like windows, takes them months to fix simple problems and nearly a year to fix the major ones.

They need

1. Make dedicated servers for games that needs them. Like Halo2, GoW, Lost Planet, etc. Stop using an online system thats over a decade old and put that 50/year from millions of users to good use. 2. Make a XNA unified community. Make a browser or a network where XNA devs can post their creations and have it on the Xbox Live network. Currently it sucks because alot of good stuff barely makes it to anyones Xbox360.

I would LOVE to upload one of my actual pics for my gamer picture....Maybe through xbox.com you could browse and make your own gamer pic... thats nothing ground-breaking or anything, but just annoying that I have to use bought gamer-pics.

Microsoft are the masters of software and FOOLS like the poster who is trying to tell M$ their job is deluded and I am also sure that same FOOL believes he is cleverer than the entire windows/360 programming teams,The 360 is the best ever online gaming experience and that is why you get charged a very small fee for the privilege, go play on a SO CALLED FREE SYSTEM and then you will find out what the word crap really means and as it is so called free who is gonna listen to your complaints,oh and one more thing if a so called FREE system proves successful how long do you think it will remain so called FREE after that?.Well done M$ for asking the REAL PEOPLE THAT MATTER THE PEOPLE WHO OWN XBOXES. The worrying thing (for PS3) is one of the posters above who obviously is clinging to his PS3 in hope looks to have gone to every 360 site he can find (Thousands)and tried desperately to spite the XBL by looking for any complaint no matter how minor but it really shows how well the 360 and live must be doing,nice one M$.
